The Brief
Your CMO has a story to tell across stages, summits, and boardrooms throughout 2026. We understand the assignment:
4 decks per quarter. Each one supporting Julia White's speaking engagements with consistent brand language, world-class visual design, and a production partner who can work rapid-response style.
What we'll deliver
- Dedicated senior design resources assigned to this account
- Consistent visual identity across all decks, rooted in AWS brand guidelines
- Rapid-response revision cycles (same-day and next-day turnarounds)
- A single point of accountability from brief to final file
- Proactive creative direction: not just execution, but elevation
Our Process
How We Work
A production system built for executive speed and
Step 01
Intake & Alignment
Every engagement starts with a structured creative brief: audience, singular objective, and what success looks like in the room. The brief gets faster over time as we internalize Julia's voice, her storytelling preferences, and how AWS frames big ideas.
Step 02
Narrative Architecture
Slides are the last thing we think about. First, we map the story: what's the throughline, where does the argument peak, what data has to land emotionally, not just factually. We turn raw talking points into a designed experience with a beginning, middle, and a close that sticks.
Step 03
Visual Design & Build
Our senior designers translate narrative into high-fidelity slides: bold where it needs to be, precise where it matters, always on-brand. We work natively in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote, so every file is editable and production-ready.
Step 04
Rapid Revision Cycles
Executive decks change fast. We staff this account for that reality with same-day and next-day revision cycles, clear version control, and a single thread per project so nothing gets lost. You'll never be hunting for the latest file.
Step 05
Final Delivery & QA
Every deck goes through a full QA pass: animation timing, font embedding, aspect ratio, backup PDF export, speaker notes formatting. You get a file that works in any AV setup, on any screen, without a last-minute scramble backstage.
Step 06
Post-Event Debrief
After each engagement, we debrief on what landed: what got audience reactions, what the speaker loved, what we'd sharpen. That feedback becomes the baseline for the next deck. Every build gets tighter because we're compounding.
